Frequently asked questions
What is GiftGame?
GiftGame is an Android app where you earn GG through offer walls, surveys, mini games, the wheel and daily rewards, and exchange GG for gift cards or game codes. The app is available on Google Play.
What is GG?
GG is the points currency inside GiftGame. You earn it from tasks and games and spend it in the in-app reward catalog. It is not cash or a bank balance.
How do I earn GG?
By doing game and app tasks on the offer walls, answering surveys, playing mini games, spinning the wheel and collecting the daily reward. Available methods can change over time; the app has the current details.
Why didn't my offer wall GG arrive right away?
GG is added after the provider verifies the task and notifies us. Depending on the task, that can take from minutes to days.
I finished a task but the reward never came. What should I do?
Check that you completed the exact step in the description and were not using a VPN or ad blocker. Then contact the offer wall's own support first, and GiftGame support after that.
How do I turn GG into a code?
Choose a reward from the reward catalog, the GG is deducted, and once your request is approved the code arrives in your inbox in the app; you can also open it on your web account with "Show code".
Where does my code arrive?
Codes appear only in your GiftGame account: the inbox in the app and "Show code" on your web account. Email, SMS or social media messages saying "your code is ready" are not from GiftGame.
When will my request be approved?
Codes are sent once your request is approved. Timing can vary with request volume and the reward's stock.
How do I redeem a Google Play code?
In the Play Store, tap your profile picture, go to "Payments & subscriptions" > "Redeem code", enter the code, check the account and confirm.
How do I redeem a Steam wallet code?
Sign in to Steam, open Steam's official "Redeem a Steam Gift Card or Wallet Code" page or the wallet section of the Steam app, enter the code and continue.
Does GiftGame cost money?
No, you do not have to pay to earn GG. Some game tasks may involve optional in-game purchases, which you never have to make.
Does GiftGame charge a fee to deliver a code?
No. Anyone asking you for payment, card details or a password to deliver a code is a scammer.
Are Google Play or Steam "code generators" real?
No. Only the issuing company creates valid codes. Pages promising generators usually try to collect your personal data.
Where do I go if I have a problem?
Use the support section in the GiftGame app. Never post your codes in public places.
