What is a Supercell Store gift card?
The Supercell Store is Supercell's official web store for in-game content in Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, Brawl Stars and its other games. According to Supercell, a Supercell ID is required to make purchases and activate purchased content. The Clash of Clans and Clash Royale gem reward in GiftGame comes as a gift card code for this store; you use it to buy gem packs and other items there.
Where does your code arrive in GiftGame?
When you pick a Clash of Clans or Clash Royale reward with GG in GiftGame:
- You choose the reward and the GG is deducted from your balance.
- Your request is approved.
- After approval, the code arrives as a message in your in-app inbox. You can also open it on your web account with Show code.

Get your Supercell ID ready
According to Supercell's gift card page, you must log in with a Supercell ID to redeem a card; if you do not have one, the page describes creating it from the Supercell ID section of the in-game menu in Brawl Stars: open the game, tap Supercell ID in the in-game menu and follow the on-screen instructions. Log in with the Supercell ID linked to the game account where you want the gems.
Step by step: redeem the code and get gems
- Open store.supercell.com/giftcard in your browser.
- Log in with your Supercell ID (enter the login code sent to your email).
- Enter the gift card code from your GiftGame inbox and confirm.
- In the Supercell Store, switch to the Clash of Clans or Clash Royale store and pick the gem pack or item you want.
- Complete the purchase by following the options shown at checkout; according to Supercell, the checkout page shows every payment option available to you at that time.
- Open the game with the same Supercell ID and check that the gems have arrived.
Supercell says some items may take a while to be added to your account, and some content such as passes must be activated in-game. You can see your purchase history on the Account page of the Supercell Store.
Not the same as a Store Code
According to Supercell, a Store Code is a promotional code shared by content creators and official Supercell channels; it is redeemed under the "Redeem a Store Code" heading at the bottom of the relevant game's store page, can expire and must be redeemed in the correct game's store. The gift card code from GiftGame is redeemed on the gift card page instead. If you are not sure, ask GiftGame support.

If the gems do not arrive

If you think the code from GiftGame is missing or wrong, contact support inside the GiftGame app and mention your order. Never share the code in chats or with anyone offering to "load it for you".
