What is an Apple Gift Card?
An Apple Gift Card is a code whose value is added to an Apple Account. According to Apple, that balance pays for App Store apps, in-app purchases, subscriptions and Apple's other digital services. In GiftGame the Apple reward is delivered as a digital code for the Turkey storefront.
Where does your code arrive in GiftGame?
When you pick an Apple reward with GG in GiftGame:
- You choose the reward and the GG is deducted from your balance.
- Your request is approved.
- After approval the code arrives as a message in your inbox in the app; in your web account it opens with Show code.
The code is shown only inside your GiftGame account. Never hand it to anyone offering to "redeem it for you"; see the safety guide.
Step by step on iPhone and iPad
The flow from Apple's "Redeem your Apple Gift Card" page:
- Open the App Store app.
- Tap your profile (account) button at the top right.
- Tap Redeem Gift Card or Code.
- Enter the code manually: choose Enter Code Manually and paste the code from your GiftGame inbox. Physical cards can also be scanned with the camera; for a digital code, manual entry is enough.
- Confirm with Redeem. The balance is added to your Apple Account.
Mac and web
- Mac: open the App Store, click your name in the sidebar, choose Redeem Gift Card or Code and enter the code.
- Web: open Apple's redeem page (apple.com/redeem), sign in with your Apple Account and enter the code.
Either way the balance lands in the same Apple Account; the device you use does not matter.

If you think the problem is with your GiftGame code, write to support from the app with your order number. Do not share the code in chats, on Discord or on social media; a shared code can be redeemed on someone else's account and cannot be recovered.

I redeemed the code but the balance is not showing, what now?
