How to Redeem a Free Fire Diamond Code

To redeem a Free Fire diamond code, open Garena's official Topup Center, log in with your Player ID, switch to the Redeem tab in the amount step and enter the code under Garena Prepaid Card. The code is applied to the Free Fire account you logged in with, so check your ID and the region the code is meant for before you start.

01What are Free Fire diamonds?

Diamonds are the in-game currency of Garena Free Fire, spent on outfits, characters, weapon skins and event items. The Free Fire reward in GiftGame is a prepaid code (a Garena prepaid card) that adds diamonds to your account. The code is used at Garena's own Topup Center, matched to your Player ID.

02Where does your code arrive in GiftGame?

When you pick a Free Fire reward with GG in GiftGame:

1. You choose the reward and the GG is deducted from your balance.
2. Your request is approved.
3. After approval, the code arrives as a message in your in-app inbox. You can also open it on your web account with Show code.

The code is shown only in your GiftGame account. Do not trust anyone in the game, in YouTube comments or on Discord asking for your code or Player ID in exchange for "free diamonds"; see our safety guide.

03Find your Player ID

According to Garena Free Fire support, the ID is a unique number for your account. To find it, tap your nickname on the game's main screen; the ID appears under your name in the profile, and the button next to it copies it automatically. Copying the ID instead of typing it lowers the risk of mistakes.

04Step by step at the Garena Topup Center

The flow at Garena's official Topup Center has three steps:

1. Open the Garena Topup Center for your region in the browser and pick Free Fire from the game list.
2. In the Login step, enter your Player ID in the Player ID field and log in (you can also log in with your game account).
3. In the Top-up Amount step, switch from Purchase to the Redeem tab.
4. Select Garena Prepaid Card and enter the code from your GiftGame inbox.
5. Confirm; the diamonds are applied to the account you logged in with.
6. Open the game and check that the diamond count at the top has gone up.

05Not the same as the reward code page

Free Fire has a separate reward code page (reward.ff.garena.com). It takes the short reward codes handed out at events and sends the rewards into the game; it is not for Garena prepaid cards. The diamond code from GiftGame is used in the Topup Center under Redeem → Garena Prepaid Card as described above. If you are not sure which page your code belongs to, ask GiftGame support.

07If the diamonds do not arrive

Free Fire handles game issues through its own support page and in-game support; have your Player ID and transaction details ready. If you think the code from GiftGame is missing or wrong, contact support inside the GiftGame app and mention your order. Never share the code in chats, on streams or with anyone offering to "load it for you".
