Free Fire Free Diamonds: What Garena Says and What Works

There is no generator, hack file or site that gives free Free Fire diamonds; Garena's support pages say anyone offering free or cheap diamonds is probably a scammer and unauthorised third-party programs end in a permanent ban. The way to get diamonds without paying is to complete tasks in a rewards app and exchange the points for a Free Fire diamond code; in GiftGame the points accumulate as GG.

01What Garena says

The article "Free or Cheap In-Game Diamonds? It's Probably a Scam!" in Garena's Free Fire support centre is direct: if someone offers you free diamonds or free in-game items, you are most likely dealing with a scammer who wants access to your game account, your credit card or your device. Garena says four things: never believe anyone who promises free diamonds; ignore any offer that says "click this link to get them"; if someone asks you to visit a specific website, end the conversation, do not visit the site and do not tap any links on it, because they can load your device with malware; and if someone asks for your login credentials, be certain you are dealing with a scam.

The Anti-Hack FAQ in the same support centre defines third-party tools: using any unauthorised program not released by Garena, or modifying the game client, is cheating; Garena permanently bans the account used for cheating, bans the device as well, and states that a cheating ban is not lifted under any circumstances and that diamonds already spent are not refunded. It asks players to download the game only from authorised stores (Google Play and the App Store).

02Garena's own "free" routes (items, not diamonds)

According to Garena's "How Can I Get Free Items?" article there is a lot in the game that is free or costs gold: characters unlocked as your account levels up, characters bought with gold in the store, the Free Fire Pass missions renewed every month, free spins in some Luck Royales, login and daily events, guild tokens from guild missions, rank tokens from ranked matches, and event redemption codes. The same article, however, says free diamonds cannot be offered because it would be unfair to other players. So Garena's own free routes earn you items, not diamonds.

Garena's event redemption codes (12 characters of capital letters and numbers, according to Garena) are entered on the official rewards site after checking your nickname and region, and the reward arrives by in-game mail. These codes are event rewards, not diamond codes, and guest accounts cannot redeem them.

03The real way: do tasks, collect GG, convert to a diamond code

Someone has to pay for the diamonds. In rewards apps that someone is an advertiser: a game studio pays to win new players, a research company pays for survey answers; you complete the task, the app passes your share on as points, and you exchange the points for a diamond code. In GiftGame:

1. Install the app and create an account.
2. Choose from app trials and game tasks on the offerwalls, market research surveys in the survey section, plus mini games, the wheel and the daily reward.
3. Meet the task's condition; once the partner reports it, the GG is credited to your balance.
4. Pick the Free Fire diamond code reward and the product matching your account's region from the catalog; the GG is deducted and your request goes for approval.
5. After approval the code arrives as a message in your in-app inbox; in your web account it opens with "Show code".
6. Redeem the code through the official Garena channel named on the product page, with your own player ID; the diamonds are credited to your game account.

Which official page the code is redeemed on, and the exact steps, are stated in the product description in the catalog; in every case the player ID and region must match and the code is entered only on the official channel. The equivalent flow for PUBG Mobile is explained in how to redeem a PUBG Mobile UC code. How tasks work is in earning game codes by completing tasks, and every way to earn is in how to earn GG.

04Expectation versus reality

For messages asking for your code or account see the safety guide, and for other questions the FAQ. Codes for other games are covered in how to get free game codes.
