To redeem an Amazon gift card code, sign in to the Amazon store the card belongs to (for example amazon.com.tr for a Turkey card), open the "Redeem a Gift Card" page, enter the claim code and choose "Apply to Your Balance". According to Amazon, the amount is added to your account and applied automatically to your next eligible order.
What is an Amazon gift card?
An Amazon gift card is a prepaid code whose value is added to an Amazon account and spent on eligible products in that store. In GiftGame, Amazon gift cards are delivered as digital codes; the store shown on the reward (Turkey, United States or Europe) tells you which Amazon site accepts it.
Where does your code arrive in GiftGame?
When you pick an Amazon gift card with GG in GiftGame:
- You choose the reward and the GG is deducted from your balance.
- Your request is approved.
- After approval the code arrives as a message in your inbox in the app; in your web account it opens with Show code.
The code is shown only inside your GiftGame account. Do not trust messages from other channels claiming to deliver it; see the safety guide.
Step by step: add the code to your account
The flow from Amazon's "Redeem a Gift Card" help page:
- Open the Amazon site the card belongs to and sign in to the account you want to use. If another account is signed in, sign out first.
- Open the Redeem a Gift Card page (under "Gift Cards" in the account menu).
- Enter the claim code from your GiftGame inbox. Hyphens are not required.
- Choose Apply to Your Balance.
- Check the balance on the Your Account page.
Amazon also lets you use the code without adding it first: at checkout, choose the "Use a gift card, voucher or promo code" option and enter the code there; the balance is added to your account and applied to the order.

If the code does not work
Amazon's help page notes that if someone else saw the claim code, the balance may have been used on another account. Keep the code from your GiftGame inbox private and do not post screenshots of it.

Where do I enter an Amazon gift card code?

Can I use a Turkey Amazon gift card on amazon.com?
No. According to Amazon, amazon.com.tr gift cards only work on amazon.com.tr and the balance cannot be moved to an Amazon store in another country.
The code says "already redeemed", what should I do?
Amazon says this means the code was applied to your account or to another one. Check your own gift card balance first; if nothing was added, write to GiftGame support with your order number.
Can I buy anything with the gift card balance?
On amazon.com.tr the balance only applies to items sold by Amazon.com.tr; it does not cover marketplace sellers or the purchase of other gift cards.
What happens if my order costs more than the balance?
According to Amazon the remaining amount is charged to your default payment method; the balance is used partially and any leftover stays on your account.
