What are Bigo Live diamonds?
Diamonds are Bigo Live's in-app currency, spent on things like sending virtual gifts during live streams. According to Bigo's own guide, diamonds cannot be created out of thin air by a "generator" or "hack"; they only reach an account through Bigo's official channels. In GiftGame, the Bigo Live reward is delivered by sending these diamonds to your Bigo ID.
How it works in GiftGame
When you pick a Bigo Live diamond reward with GG in GiftGame:
- Enter your own ID in the Bigo ID field shown when you choose the reward.
- The GG is deducted from your balance and your request goes for approval.
- Once your request is completed, the diamonds are added to the account behind the Bigo ID you entered, and an information message lands in your GiftGame inbox.

Find your Bigo ID
The path from Bigo's help article:
- Open the Bigo Live app and log in to your own account.
- Tap the Me icon at the bottom right of the screen to open your profile.
- Tap the pen icon at the top right; the profile editing page opens.
- Scroll down, find the Bigo ID row and copy your ID exactly as shown.
According to Bigo, many users start with a default ID made of random numbers, and that ID can later be changed to a unique name. If you have changed your ID, enter the new one in your request.
"Free diamond" offers
Bigo's article titled "BIGO LIVE Hack" is blunt: there is no legitimate hack, generator or modified app (MOD APK) that creates unlimited diamonds. According to Bigo, most of these offers are built to collect your password, verification codes, personal information or payments, or to make you download apps, and the "generating diamonds" progress bars are only visual effects. The warning signs Bigo points out:

Instead of hacks, Bigo points to the daily and weekly tasks in the in-app Task Center and to official events, and reminds you that a finished task's reward may need to be claimed separately.
If the diamonds do not arrive
First check the message in your GiftGame inbox to confirm the request is completed, then close and reopen Bigo Live. Make sure the ID in your request matches the current ID on your profile. If the problem continues, write to support inside the GiftGame app and mention your order.
If you typed your password into a "generator" site by mistake, Bigo says to change it right away from a device you trust; if you shared a verification code and can no longer log in, use Account Appeal next to "Forgot Password" on the login screen.
