Zula Gold (ZA) is the in-game currency of the game Zula. An e-pin, as Zula's support page describes it, is a code used to load game currency: you enter a code bought from an official platform and the matching amount is added to your account.
Where does your code arrive in GiftGame?
When you pick a Zula Gold reward with GG in GiftGame:
- You choose the reward and the GG is deducted from your balance.
- Your request is approved.
- After approval, the e-pin arrives as a message in your in-app inbox. You can also open it on your web account with Show code.
The code is shown only in your GiftGame account (the in-app inbox and your web account). Do not trust messages on other channels saying "your code is here"; see our safety guide for more.
Step by step
Following the path on Zula's support page:
- Open Zula's official account site (hesap.zulaoyun.com) in your browser and sign in with your Zula account.
- Go to the e-pin page (the link is in Sources).
- Enter the e-pin details from your GiftGame inbox in full, in the order they were given, into the matching fields.
- Confirm the load and check the confirmation message on screen.
- Open the game and check that your ZA balance has gone up.

Validity and refunds
- According to Zula's user agreement, an e-pin code is valid for 1 year. Redeem it soon after you receive it.
