What is a Roblox gift card?
A Roblox gift card is a code that adds value to a Roblox account. According to Roblox, the redeemed value is kept as Roblox Credit, which can be spent on Robux or on a Premium membership. In GiftGame the Roblox reward is delivered as a digital code.
Where does your code arrive in GiftGame?
When you pick a Roblox reward with GG in GiftGame:
- You choose the reward and the GG is deducted from your balance.
- Your request is approved.
- After approval the code arrives as a message in your inbox in the app; in your web account it opens with Show code.

Step by step: redeem the code
The flow from Roblox's "How to redeem and spend your Gift Card" page:
- Open roblox.com/redeem in a browser.
- Log in to the Roblox account you want to credit.
- Type or paste the code from your GiftGame inbox into the text box.
- Click Redeem.
- Wait for the confirmation message; the credit or item has been added to your account.
Turn the balance into Robux
According to Roblox, a redeemed gift card first sits in your account as Roblox Credit. To get Robux:
- Go to roblox.com/redeem with the account you redeemed the code on.
- Select Get Robux.
- Choose the Robux package your balance covers and confirm.
Roblox says the balance can also be used for a Premium membership through the options on the same page. If you have more than one code, Roblox asks you to enter them one at a time.

According to Roblox's support page, all Roblox codes can be redeemed anywhere in the world and the value converts to your account's local currency at redemption. The conversion rules are in Roblox's gift card terms; GiftGame cannot change them.
If the code shows an error
Roblox suggests contacting its own support with your username, the code and a screenshot of the error if the code still cannot be redeemed. If you think the problem is with your GiftGame code, write to GiftGame support first with your order number.
