What is Razer Gold?
Razer Gold is Razer's virtual credit for game and entertainment purchases. The balance in a Razer Gold wallet can be spent in games and stores that accept Razer Gold. A Razer Gold PIN is a prepaid code that adds balance to that wallet.
Where does your code arrive in GiftGame?
When you pick a Razer Gold reward with GG in GiftGame:
- You choose the reward and the GG is deducted from your balance.
- Your request is approved.
- After approval, the PIN arrives as a message in your in-app inbox. You can also open it on your web account with Show code.

Loading your wallet step by step
The flow on Razer's official PIN page:
- Open gold.razer.com in your browser and sign in to your Razer Gold account.
- Click Reload Now.
- Choose Razer Gold PIN as the payment method.
- Type or paste the PIN from your GiftGame inbox and click Next.
- Complete two-step verification.
- Check that the balance was added to your wallet.

Using it directly in a game
According to Razer, instead of loading your wallet, a PIN can also be used for Direct Top Up on participating game websites. In that case you choose Razer Gold as the payment method on the game's own top-up page and enter the PIN. You can see which games accept it in the Razer Gold catalog.

According to Razer's PIN page, a Razer Gold PIN can be loaded into wallets in the same region it was purchased for. In short:
