To redeem a PUBG Mobile UC code, go to Midasbuy, PUBG Mobile's official top-up store, select your country or region, open the PUBG Mobile "Redeem" page and enter your Player ID and the code. According to Midasbuy, once the code is redeemed the UC is sent straight to your game account.
What is UC?
UC is PUBG Mobile's in-game currency, used for items in the in-game store. A UC code is a prepaid code that adds this balance to your game account.
Where does your code arrive in GiftGame?
When you pick a PUBG Mobile UC reward with GG in GiftGame:
- You choose the reward and the GG is deducted from your balance.
- Your request is approved.
- After approval, the code arrives as a message in your in-app inbox. You can also open it on your web account with Show code.
The code is shown only in your GiftGame account (the in-app inbox and your web account). Do not trust messages on other channels saying "your code is here"; see our safety guide for more.
Find your Player ID
According to Midasbuy's FAQ, your Player ID is shown in the Personal Center at the top left of the PUBG Mobile app. Copying the ID instead of typing it lowers the risk of mistakes.
Step by step on Midasbuy
The redeem flow described in Midasbuy's FAQ:
- Open Midasbuy in your browser and sign in.
- Select your country or region.
- Go to the PUBG Mobile Redeem page.
- Enter your Player ID and the code from your GiftGame inbox.
- Confirm; once the code is redeemed, the UC is sent to your game account.
- Open the game and check that the UC amount at the top right has gone up.
According to Midasbuy, if you have network issues it may take a few minutes for the UC to reach your account.
Not the same as the Redemption Center
PUBG Mobile's own website also has a separate Redemption Center. There you enter a reward code, your Character ID and a verification code, and rewards arrive in your in-game mail. That page is for reward codes; for UC codes, Midasbuy's FAQ describes the Redeem flow above. According to PUBG Mobile, too many failed attempts can block further tries until the next day. If the UC does not arrive
According to Midasbuy's FAQ, if an item has not arrived within a day, contact customer service with:
- Player ID
- Country or region
- Item name
- Payment or top-up method (here, redeeming a code)
- Time of the transaction
- A short description of the issue
For other game questions, PUBG Mobile recommends the customer service icon in the in-game settings menu. If you think the problem is with your GiftGame code, contact support inside the GiftGame app and mention your order. Never share your code in chats, on Discord or with anyone offering to "load UC to your account".
