To redeem a Valorant VP code, open the Valorant client on PC, click the Valorant icon next to your VP balance at the top right, choose the "Prepaid Cards & Codes" tab and enter the code exactly as written. According to Riot Games, the VP is added instantly. A code only works in the region where it was purchased; the GiftGame code is for the Turkey region.
What is VP?
VP (Valorant Points) is Valorant's store currency, used for skins, the battle pass and agent contracts. Riot Games calls prepaid cards and codes "cash codes": according to Riot, they add game currency such as VP or RP to an account. In GiftGame the Valorant reward is delivered as a digital code.
Where does your code arrive in GiftGame?
When you pick a Valorant VP reward with GG in GiftGame:
- You choose the reward and the GG is deducted from your balance.
- Your request is approved.
- After approval the code arrives as a message in your inbox in the app; in your web account it opens with Show code.
The code is shown only inside your GiftGame account. Never hand it to someone offering to "redeem it for you"; see the safety guide.
Step by step in the client
The Valorant flow from Riot Games' "Prepaid Cards, Cash Codes, & Content Codes" page:
- Open the Valorant client on PC and log in to your Riot account.
- Click the Valorant icon next to your VP balance at the top right.
- Choose the Prepaid Cards & Codes tab.
- Enter the code from your GiftGame inbox exactly as written (no spaces).
- According to Riot, some regions require ticking a consent box; then press Submit.
- Check that your VP balance at the top right has gone up.
Redeeming on the web
Riot also allows web redemption: open Riot's redeem page (shop.riotgames.com/redeem), sign in with your Riot account, enter the code, select Valorant as the game and confirm. Riot expects the currency to arrive instantly or within a day.
If the code does not work

Do not share the code on Discord, in chats or on social media; a redeemed code cannot be recovered.
