1. Scope

These terms cover the use of the giftgame.app website operated by GiftGame, the customer account and the ordering service. Terms relating to the products you purchase are set out separately in the Distance Selling and Pre-Information document.

2. Description of the service

Through this site you can view the products and content offered by GiftGame, place orders and track your orders. Your order is finalised upon the seller's confirmation.

3. Account and sign-in

You can sign in to the site with your phone number or your Google account. You must not share the verification code sent to your phone with anyone; actions taken through your account are deemed to be yours. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, please contact the seller.

4. User obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you share; in particular, your phone number and email address must be correct so that notifications reach you. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, on behalf of others without permission, or in a way that disrupts the system (automated/bulk requests, fake registrations or orders, unauthorised security testing). Messages you send to the AI assistant or the support channel must not contain insults, discrimination or the personal data of third parties.

5. Intellectual property

The design, software, text and images on the site belong to their respective rights holders and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

We strive to provide the service with the highest technically possible availability; however, we do not guarantee that it will operate without interruption or error. No liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from temporary interruptions due to maintenance, infrastructure failure or force majeure. Notifications (SMS, email, push) may be delayed or fail to arrive for reasons related to third-party operators or devices; we recommend that you also check the status of your transactions on the site. AI assistant replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate; the relevant page and the order summary are authoritative.

7. Restriction of access

If use contrary to these terms is detected, the related records may be removed and access to the service may be restricted.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is published on this page and enters into force on the date of publication.
