BitLabs Surveys: What They Are and How They Work

BitLabs is a service that collects surveys and some offers from many survey providers into a single wall and brings rewarded surveys to apps. It is one of the offer walls inside the GiftGame app: when you successfully complete a survey, BitLabs notifies us and the reward is added to your balance as GG.

01What is BitLabs?

On its own website BitLabs presents itself as part of Prodege, an engine for rewarded surveys, games and shopping offers. For you as a user the idea is simple: BitLabs gathers surveys from survey platforms around the world and lists the ones that fit you.

02Why do surveys sometimes end early? (screen-outs)

Surveys target a specific audience. If your answers to the opening questions do not match that audience, the survey screens you out and it does not count as completed. BitLabs' help center says only completed surveys are rewarded, and a screen-out is the most common reason a reward does not appear.

It is not your fault; the company running the survey simply needs a different profile at that moment. Moving on to the next survey is the best option.

To reduce screen-outs:

• Answer profile questions honestly and consistently. Inconsistent answers can trigger both screen-outs and quality checks.
• Read each question carefully; some are attention checks.
• Do not rush through a survey with random answers.

03When does the credit arrive?

A reward goes through two steps:

1. BitLabs' side: the survey provider tells BitLabs the survey was completed.
2. GiftGame's side: once BitLabs approves the reward, it notifies us, and the GG is added to your balance after that notification arrives.

For most surveys this is quick, but timing depends on the survey provider and can occasionally take longer. No GG is created on our side until BitLabs notifies us.

04Why a reward may not arrive

Common cases from BitLabs' help center:

• Screen-out: the survey disqualified you, so it was not completed.
• No completion screen: BitLabs says a confirmation message appears on screen when a survey is really finished. If you close the window before seeing it, the survey may not be complete.
• Technical issue at the provider: sometimes a survey is broken. BitLabs recommends reporting it.

Good habits: do not use a VPN while taking surveys, keep a stable connection, and finish on the device where you started.

05What to watch out for

• Privacy: surveys ask for opinions and some demographic details (age range, interests). Never give an ID number, bank or card details or a password for any survey.
• Redirects out of the survey: if a survey pushes you to sign up somewhere else or to pay, stop.
• Realistic expectations: not every survey fits everyone, and screen-outs are normal. No specific amount is promised.

06How to use it in GiftGame

1. Open the GiftGame app and go to the BitLabs wall in the earn section.
2. If asked, answer a few profile questions.
3. Pick a survey whose topic and length suit you.
4. Answer carefully and do not close the survey until you see the completion screen.
5. When the reward reaches us from BitLabs, GG is added to your balance.
6. If a completed survey still shows no reward after a while, use BitLabs' own support first, then GiftGame support.
